Shipping Time Frames
Since every piece is custom made one by one, by hand, to each customers specific measurements, height and color requested, and due to the VERY HIGH demand of our product, orders typically take 1 month to make. If you need a deadline secured you can elect to place a RUSH ORDER and receive your piece by a deadline (details below) Please allow 4-5 days shipping time due to COVID-19, usually (2-3 days)
To place a rush order simply select "RUSH SHIPPING" during checkout. We have 2 levels of rush shipping available. Rush shipping guarantees that your package will arrive by the due date provided by the client. The earliest we can ship your order is 5 DAYS or 2 WEEKS from the date of payment, plus 2 business days shipping time. To place a rush order select "RUSH SHIPPING" during checkout, then you MUST email KimiKouture@gmail.com your order ID or full name and event date and we'll begin processing your rush order request immediately. You must email us your event date, to secure your deadline. It is imperative you provide us with your deadline for the deadline to be met. Rush orders are cut & put in line to be sewn once the order is placed and then sewn in order of deadlines provided by client. If a deadline is not submitted then 7 day rush will ship in 7 days from date ordered and the 2 week rush will ship 3 weeks from date ordered.
Yes, we do international shipping frequently. International orders take one month depending on the current volume of orders, plus 6 days shipping. We ship ALL over the world for only $29. We even ship to US army APO addresses too. We can also do International Rush orders to arrive to you in as little as 2 weeks.
How do I get my measurements?
It is VERY important you give us the correct measurements. Waist (measure the smallest part of your waist without sucking in) and hip (measure the fullest part of your hip/butt). Walmart, Jo Ann's and Michael's have measuring tapes available for $1. Alterations shops and local seamstresses can take your measurements for free as well. If you can not get exact measurements and need to order immediately, please text us (972-730-4141) your numerical pant size and a picture of you and we will provide you with estimated measurements immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit or Debit Cards (Visa or MasterCard). We do not accept American Express.
Can you make changes/customizations to one of your designs?
Yes. All pieces are custom made so it is easy for us to make small customizations for free. Simply write the customizations you would like made in the "customization requests" field on the item you're ordering's page before adding it to your shopping cart. If we have any questions we will email you once the order is received. If the customization request is very complicated we will send you an invoice for the additional amount. But all simple customization requests are 100% free.
Can you make me a custom design that is not on the site?
Yes. Please see the Custom Orders page to see details on custom orders. Since custom making a new pattern and design is so complex and time consuming, we can only do custom orders that start at $599+.
We offer 100% free alterations on all items. If a product does not fit for any reason we are more than happy to alter it so it will fit you. Please include a picture of you wearing the piece and a detailed description of alteration needed, so we can ensure it fits you perfectly.
- All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed within 14 days for alterations.
- We only offer ONE time alterations and do not cover return shipping costs.
- For any further alterations after the first, there may be a labor charge.

Returns & Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
Since every piece is made custom for each individual customer's specific measurements and color requests, we can not offer refunds. We can do absolutely NO exchanges or refunds. However, we still want all customers to be happy with our services. If you have any concerns please reach out to us at KimiKouture@gmail.com or text 972-730-4141. Please note, we can only do 100% FREE alterations. It is expected there will be sizing adjustments, imperfections and slight alterations needed on items, please make sure to order with enough time to allow time to take advantage of our 100% free alterations if needed. If you do not have time to utilize our 100% free alterations but you'd like alterations then you would have to get those done locally and incur the costs yourself if you don't want to send them back to us for 100% FREE alterations.
Are deposits or custom designs refundable?
Deposits and custom designs are 100% non refundable. The purpose of a deposit is to purchase fabrics, materials and LOCK IN your order. So once a deposit is paid we immediately use it to purchase the materials/fabrics to make your gown; therefore, we can not issue refunds under any circumstance.
How do I track my package?
When item is shipped a tracking link will automatically be emailed to you immediately. If you have not received the tracking link and you are wanting an estimated shipment date please email KimiKouture@gmail.com put "track package" in subject line. Then provide us with your full name or order ID.
Can I see pictures of the fabric colors?

What do I do, if I can not place an order on the website?
Email a picture of the product you'd like to order along with your phone number and measurements to KimiKouture@gmail.com We will email you an invoice manually.
Yes, we ship to all US army international and US bases via USPS mail.
I see your pictures on several boutiques do you do wholesale?
We are the one and ONLY shop who sells these original designs. Unfortunately since China keeps making cheap, low quality replicas of our designs and is illegally using our copyrighted images. We can not sell wholesale at this time due to the large quantity of fraudulent vendors. The designer, Kimi Kouture, is the model and designer in all of our images and any boutique using our images is breaking the law and will be pursed to the furthest extent of the law.
